Hello, I'm Beth Carroll welcome to New Hampshire Outlook. If you're like the average driver, you've been feeling the pain at the pump with gas prices at more than three-dollars a gallon. Imagine the impact on truck drivers dependent on diesel fuel which cost even more. Outlook's Richard Ager traveled to the north country and found the economic pressures caused by high diesel prices are being felt by nearly everyone. |

Eleven states have already decriminalized possession of small amounts of marijuana. While some worry about the message a change in the law will send to young people, a study done by the National Academy of Sciences found there is little evidence decriminalization of marijuana leads to a substantial increase in its use. |
